1.  Yes, you will be able to download the ebook edition of From Every Storm from Baen on its November 23 release day. At this time, Baen does not accept pre-orders.
2. Yes, there will be a paper edition.  No, you cannot pre-order the paper edition, because the only way to make a paper book through Amazon (which is what we use) is to put it on sale now...
